We have many new and exciting things planned for the season ahead which will include a competitive team that will be challenging for the 2008 Premier League Title, and this time we mean business. We desperately want to win that elusive league title!

Have the same heat race, week in and week out named after you or your company throughout the complete season.

Official Bandits Race Meeting Sponsorship - Corporate Hospitality Itinerary

Your Company will be promoted throughout the evening from the Centre Green and in the Match Programme. Your meeting Sponsorship will also be promoted in the local Press and Radio Borders as much as possible during the weeks run up to the Saturday Race Night.

Your Company also has the opportunity to display or promote its products or services throughout the evening.

The evening starts at 6.15pm when you will be met at the pits gate and given an introduction to the Promoter and the Team Manager. The Manager will then take you on a pit walk and introduce you to the riders and what goes on behind the scenes in preparation for a race night; this will then be followed by a photo shoot opportunity!

You will then leave the pits at around 6.30pm and be taken to the Sponsors Hospitality box to enjoy an exciting evenings racing full of thrills and spills and entertainment. You will also be provided with a buffet, complimentary drinks will also be served throughout the night.

The evening concludes at around 9.00pm

Terms

This sponsorship costs £35.00 per person with a minimum of eight persons. A non refundable deposit of £100.00 is required when booking with the balance due to be paid on or before the evening’s sponsorship.

In the event of a rained off meeting or the meeting being cancelled, we will arrange a date for the next available meeting for you to visit.

Corporate Race Night Sponsorship

Have a complete race night named after your company and have your company name advertised in the local Press & Radio as well as it being prominent in the nights race programme, also enjoying many centre green announcements on the night. This package also includes hospitality with lots of food and drink included for all.

Cost £35 per head minimum 8 persons (call with details of your specific requirements) this package also includes a pit walk, an introduction to all the riders and management and some memorabilia.
